Three weeks ago at work I was handed our biggest client to add to my work load (by the way, last week I celebrated my one year anniversary at work!) and today in conjunction with my annual evaluation I found out that I'm being compensated nicely for the additional work load (which I wasn't expecting!). What a way to start the day!!
